There are a million fad diets that claim their shakes, pills, or meal replacements will be your saving grace. The problem is that using these products is a temporary fix that deprives your body of essential nutrients. If you aren’t eating real foods like protein, vegetables, fruit, and healthy oils, your system will become imbalanced. This will lead to stress, and ultimately, weight gain.
